David Shoebridge, member of the Upper House in NSW [the state of New South Wales], Australia, is seeking broad consultation with members of the medical community, general community and other stakeholders in relation to the proposed transplant law reform. The law reform could highlight the injustice of the global organ trade. The comprehensive consultation paper lists details of the reform. The deadline for taking the survey and submitting comments has been extended until March 7, 2013.

Please take the survey!

[Note from FOFG editor – please read the consultation paper first…or you probably will not be able to answer all the questions.]
