Nearly 1700 Falun Gong Practitioners Abducted in Three Months

OCCUWORLD

With the start of 2014, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has continued illegally arresting Falun Gong practitioners, and many planned and premeditated arrests have taken place.

Recent statistics show that 30 regions of China have illegally arrested Falun Gong practitioners in the past three months, with a total of nearly 1,700 practitioners having been illegally arrested.

Commentators say that the increasing trend of arrests shows that the political changes have reached a tipping point.

The Minghui website reports that from March to May this year, at least 1,694 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally arrested in China.

This represents an increase of 30% compared with 1,307 arrests from March to May last year.

The reports say that among the arrests in the 30 provinces, the majority took place in Shandong, Liaoning, Jilin, Hebei, Heilongjiang, and Hubei provinces.

The second most took place in Hunan, Beijing, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Henan and Shanghai. Additionally, 27 arrests involved at least 6 Falun Gong practitioners.

Current affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang says the large scale illegal arrests show that the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong is accelerating and worsening.

Xia Xiaoqiang says that in December 2013, Li Dongsheng was arrested.
Li was Deputy Minister of Public Security and also headed the 610 Office — an extralegal organization set up to oversee the persecution.

His arrest touched the bottom line of the campaign launched by Jiang Zemin to persecute Falun Gong.

Xia Xiaoqiang: “Jiang Zemin is mobilizing all resources to create terrorist events and social unrest, in order to force Xi Jinping to step down.

In addition, Jiang uses personnel in the political and legal system to persecute Falun Gong more intensely.

I think this is the main reason why nearly 1,700 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally arrested within a couple months.”

Sources say that, in 2012, when Wang Lijun fled to the U.S. Consulate, he exposed that former CCP leader Jiang Zemin and former Politburo Standing Committee member Zhou Yongkang, were plotting a military coup.

They conspired to remove Xi Jinping and replace him with Bo Xilai, and thereby continue Jiang’s persecution of Falun Gong.

But after Jiang’s conspiracy was disclosed to Xi by the U.S., Bo was dismissed, and Zhou lost his major power.

Fang Fang, former CEO of JP Morgan’s investment banking in China, was arrested last month by the anti-graft agency Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption.

He was accused of hiring ‘princelings,’ the children of top Chinese officials, in order to gain business or other benefits.

Fang Fang is the founder of Hua Jing Society. According to New Epoch Weekly magazine, the princelings Fang Fang recommended to JP Morgan mainly include
senior staff of China’s State Security, and spies who work for Zeng Qinghong, the No. 2 in Jiang Zemin’s faction.

Chinese state media have recently played down news of the reappearance of Jiang Zemin and his escorts, indicating that Jiang’s force is reaching its end.

Regarding this, Xia Xiaoqiang says that officials at all levels whose hands stained with blood from the persecution of Falun Gong are afraid of facing justice for their crimes, thus they chose to continue to follow Jiang Zemin.

Xia Xiaoqiang: “There are also lower officials involved in the persecution, mainly because they do not know the fact that Jiang has lost power, they commit crimes for person interests and gain. This is very sad.”

When Xi Jinping took office, he downgraded the Politics and Law Committee.
He established the National Security Council and Deep Reform Group.

Xi also launched anti-corruption efforts in the military, thus recouping power from the forces of Jiang’s Faction.

Meanwhile, Xi has reportedly been working closely with Wang Qishan, head of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, to remove Jiang’s forces in large state-owned enterprises and provincial-level forces. Many senior officials of Jiang’s faction are constantly being dismissed.

Xia Xiaoqiang says the consequences of the CCP’s 15 year persecution of Falun Gong include: The collapse of the legal system, overall moral decay in society, huge wastage of economic resources, and so on. The impacts the entire Chinese society.

Under this circumstance, hope for Xi Jinping to have the county run normally has become an unattainable delusion.

Xia Xiaoqiang: “More importantly, any person with normal thinking is not willing to be the scapegoat for the heinous crimes committed by Jiang Zemin, especially the evil crimes of live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, which is even more horrific.”

Xia says that between Xi and Jiang, one is in power, and the other one is escaping from persecuting of Falun Gong.
