Forced Harvesting of Human Organs Is Big Business

At a very well attended meeting of Sunset Rotary Club-Central Bergen on March 5th Dr. Damon Noto MD, here seen being greeted by Stephen Wolferman, club Membership Chairman and long time Paramus resident, revealed the horrific details of the forced harvesting of human organs, principally conducted today in China. Dr. Noto backed up his presentation with revealing statistics and graphs that show indisputably that China is harvesting organs from prisoners scheduled to be executed by lethal injections
Dr. Noto informed members that China executes more prisoners than all other nations combined. In 2009 alone over 5,000 people were executed in China, ensuring a ready supply of organs to sell on the international market. A large percentage of these people appear to be prisoners of conscience such as the Falun Gong. Between 1994 and 1999, Chinese government statistics show that 18,500 organ transplants were performed, increasing to 60,000 between 2000 and 2005. In 2006 ‘China Daily’ reported 20,000 transplants were being performed per year. This huge jump in the number of transplants cannot be explained by any increase in the number of executions or donations but it does coincide with the start of the persecution of The Falun Gong which started in 1999 and led to hundreds of thousands of healthy people entering China’s extra-judicial Laogai system.
The following information comes from the website www.stoporganharvesting.org: ‘Mounting evidence tells a terrible tale of murder and mutilation in China. Witnesses and Chinese physicians reveal that thousands of persons affiliated with the Falun Gong are being killed for their organs, which are sold and transplanted at enormous profit. The kidneys, livers, and hearts are often sold on demand to overseas patients, who can afford them. That is, the prisoners of conscience are tissue typed and then killed once a matching recipient is found for their organs. Shocked by these reports, two prominent Canadian human rights lawyers launched their own investigation. Then in July 2006, former Secretary of State for Asia Pacific David Kilgour and renowned Canadian human rights attorney David Matas, published their own 140-page report. It drew “the regrettable conclusion that the allegations are true”. The story, almost too dreadful to believe, was first revealed in March 2006, when a woman claimed that as many as 4,000 Falun Gong had been killed for their organs at the hospital in which she had worked. She also said that her husband, a surgeon at the same hospital outside the northeastern city of Shenyang, had disclosed to her that he had removed cornea from the living bodies of 2,000 Falun Gong adherents (article). One week later, a Chinese military doctor not only corroborated the woman’s account but claimed such atrocities were taking place in 36 different concentration camps throughout the country.’

Go to website www.stoporganharvesting.org and urge your Representative to co-sponsor House Resolution 281, initiated by Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Congressman Andrews (D-NJ), which; ‘Expresses Concern over persistent and credible reports of systematic, state-sanctioned organ harvesting from non-consenting prisoners of conscience in The People’s Republic of China, including from large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned for their religious beliefs and members of other religious and ethnic minorities.’
